These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with any game-specific rules, promotional terms, and the hd77 Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any game-specific or promotional terms, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the specific terms expressly state otherwise.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any hd77 service. hd77 strictly enforces this age requirement and will request age verification documentation from any Player at any point during the account lifecycle. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant regulatory authority.
When registering an Account on hd77, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid Pakistan-based payment method details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your Account.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on hd77. Registering or attempting to register more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. hd77 reserves the right to permanently close all duplicate Accounts, withhold any balances therein, and exclude the individual from future registration.
hd77 is intended for use by players in permitted jurisdictions only. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using hd77 is lawful in their jurisdiction. hd77 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. hd77 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations.
⚠️ Important: Providing false registration information, particularly regarding age or identity, is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute fraud under applicable law. hd77 will take all necessary steps to address such conduct.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hd77 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. hd77 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
hd77 is required by its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Accounts. KYC verification may be requested at registration, prior to the processing of any withdrawal, or at any time hd77 deems it necessary. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may be restricted or suspended.
All hd77 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. hd77 does not offer multi-currency accounts at this time.
An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. hd77 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published in the Account settings section of the Platform. Players will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fee being applied.
hd77 currently supports the following PKR payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. hd77 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to a Player's hd77 Account within seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are typically processed within one (1) business day during standard Pakistan banking hours. hd77 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.
The minimum deposit amount on hd77 is Rs 200 (Pakistani Rupees two hundred). Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply and are published in the cashier section of the Platform.
Withdrawal requests on hd77 are processed within fifteen (15) minutes on average for JazzCash and EasyPaisa during support hours (9:00 AM to 11:00 PM PST). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods registered and verified under the same Account. hd77 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, hd77 may require the completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4.2. Players must also ensure that any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds have been satisfied before withdrawing funds associated with a bonus. Withdrawal requests that do not meet these conditions will be held pending until the conditions are fulfilled.
hd77 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions on the Platform are monitored in accordance with hd77's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. hd77 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any transaction that triggers an AML review and to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities as required by law.
hd77 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which must be read in conjunction with these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence over this Section 6 only where they explicitly state so.
All Bonus Funds awarded on hd77 are subject to a Wagering Requirement unless the specific promotional terms expressly state otherwise. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier and any game restrictions or contribution weightings will be stated clearly in the specific offer terms. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them remain non-withdrawable until the full Wagering Requirement has been completed.
Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotional terms will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Player's Account and cannot be reinstated. hd77 will not be liable for Bonus Funds that expire due to Player inaction.
hd77 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic low-risk wagering designed to exploit bonus conditions, collusion between Players, and use of automated betting systems. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their winnings voided, their Bonus Funds forfeited, and their Account permanently closed.

Odds and betting markets offered on hd77 for cricket and other sports are set by hd77 in good faith based on available information at the time of publication. hd77 reserves the right to suspend or void any betting market where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, corrupted data feeds, or other circumstances that would render the market unfair or inaccurate.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game, session, or betting market on hd77, all affected bets or game rounds may be declared void and stakes returned to the affected Players. hd77's decision in respect of any malfunction is final. hd77 will not honour winnings generated as a direct result of a technical malfunction.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hd77. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

Self-exclusion can be activated for periods ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to permanent account closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hd77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or any errors or inaccuracies in Platform content.
hd77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their hd77 Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
hd77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. hd77 will take reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

hd77 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time, without prior notice, where hd77 has reasonable grounds to believe that: the Account is being used in breach of these Terms & Conditions; the Account is involved in fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal activity; the Account holder has failed to complete required KYC verification; or the suspension is required by a regulatory authority.
hd77 reserves the right to permanently close any Account and terminate a Player's access to the Platform for any material breach of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of termination for cause, hd77 may withhold any balance in the Account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, hd77 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in accordance with the specific breach provisions of these Terms & Conditions.
A Player may request the closure of their hd77 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, hd77 will process any pending withdrawal of Real Money Funds subject to the completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable conditions. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.
If you have a dispute with hd77 regarding any aspect of these Terms & Conditions, a game outcome, a transaction, or any other Platform-related matter, you must first raise the matter with hd77 customer support. hd77 will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and aim to provide a substantive response within seven (7) business days.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hd77's international gaming licence is issued. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution procedure in Section 14.1.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
hd77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, hd77 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an on-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Minor amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may be made without advance notice.
The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated each time these Terms & Conditions are materially revised. Your continued use of the hd77 Platform after any revision becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
